Accommodations are chosen based on G Adventures’ philosophy of sustainable tourism. You may find yourself staying at a family farm or at a quaint bed and breakfast or in a converted monastery. The same approach is used to arrange for transportation between destinations. These elements, along with some meals and activities and the services of an experienced tour guide, are provided for one low upfront price.

While some G Adventures tours are exotic and adventurous but not necessarily active in nature, others include activities like hiking and biking and call for a moderate level of fitness to fully appreciate the experience.

Italy tours are classified according to the quality and location of hotels and restaurants and the number of included meals and activities. G Adventures tours are categorized as budget on the industry rating scale (budget, first class and deluxe).
