To keep prices low and uphold the company's philosophy of sustainable tourism, Intrepid might use local transportation rather than a private motorcoach and family-owned cafes instead of larger restaurant chains. Accommodations are selected for their unique ambiance and easy access to important sites.

Intrepid's Italy tours carry just 10 people on average and provide the freedom and flexibility of independent travel, along with the security of traveling with a group and tour director. Your tour director will share valuable insight and help you make the most of every new experience.
